December 04, 2007 Kluver Speaks On The Internet In China At The Brookings Institution
Randy Kluver, director of the Institute for Pacific Asia and the Texas A&M Confucius Institute spoke today (Tuesday, Dec. 4) at the John L. Thornton China Center of the Brookings Institution in Washington D.C., on the way the Internet is reshaping the relationship between the state and the population of China. Kluver is also a research professor in the Department of Communication at Texas A&M University.
