China-U.S. Relations Conference 2009 The China-U.S. Relations Conference: Development, Energy, and Security is scheduled for October 21-23, 2009. The conference will be held in Beijing, China at the Beijing Hotel. Texas A&M University, the George Bush School of Government and Public Service, the George Bush Presidential Library Foundation, and the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries are pleased to host this third biennial conference that is helping to expand academic and business opportunities and to strengthen one of the most important global relationships. For more details, please go to the official conference website: Student Programming: How you can participate The China-US Conference offers 20 graduate and undergraduate students an extraordinary opportunity. These students will be selected through a competitive application process to attend the conference in Beijing. Travel expenses will be subsidized by the China-US Conference, but students will be responsible for some portion of the cost of participation (to be determined). Application is open to all A&M students.
