Staff



Dr. Suzanne Droleskey is the Executive Director, Global Partnership Services, in the Department of Global Engagement (Division of Academic & Strategic Collaboration) and is responsible for administrative oversight of accountability, assessment, and continuous improvement efforts. She provides leadership for the Texas A&M University facility in Mexico, Mexico Partnership Services, and the Soltis Center for Education and Research in Costa Rica. Dr. Droleskey serves as a liaison for data related to globally focused high impact learning experiences, international engagement, and world rankings. She also has oversight of tracking and data retention for academic agreements between Texas A&M University and entities abroad. Dr. Droleskey has been involved with international program support at Texas A&M since 1989, overseeing the International Student Services, Study Abroad, and Sponsored Student Programs offices throughout her career.  



Traci Lacy is the Associate Director of Partnership Services whose primary responsibility is to provide faculty members and departmental staff information and guidance in the development and processing of international academic agreements that document and outline cooperative activity related to student and faculty exchange and the development of research projects. Ms. Lacy provides an initial review of documents and oversees the administrative processing of international Memorandum Agreement documents. Ms. Lacy is the primary administrator that facilitates archiving and reporting Texas A&M University's international activity. In addition, she is designated as the University’s Fulbright Scholar Liaison and with the Dean of Faculties’ Office, hosts an annual Fulbright Workshop intended to inform and guide faculty as they begin their Fulbright journey. Coinciding with the Fulbright Workshop, Ms. Lacy in working with the Fulbright Association, holds an annual reception honoring Fulbright Scholars: Past, Present, and Future. Ms. Lacy also provides administrative support for the International Programs Committee (a subcommittee of Faculty Senate) and the International Advisory Board. 

Ms. Lacy graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics. 



Gracie Lara is the Executive Assistant to the Associate Vice President, Global Engagement and to the Executive Director-Global Partnership Services in the Division of Academic and Strategic Collaboration. In addition, provides administrative support for other staff and Texas A&M University workgroups. She serves as liaison with signature partner Hacienda Santa Clara in Mexico for faculty, staff and administrators. As the Executive Assistant, Gracie also maintains websites for Global Program Support, Continuing & Professional Education, the Soltis Center at Costa Rica, and Mexico Partnership Services. 

Gracie provides various reports, presentations, university publications and works with the Education Abroad office to document vendor contracts; conducts research, compiles and applies information to fulfill data requests and creates reports related to student mobility, as well as assist with general office support duties.
