What We Do
Global Partnership Services provides a suite of globally focused services collectively that include but are not limited to, international agreement advising and management, coordination of signature partner study abroad sites in Italy, Mexico and the Texas A&M University Soltis Center for Research and Education in Costa Rica, Fulbright Scholar support, community outreach, and facilitating support services to university and external global advisory groups.
Texas A&M University’s international office is called the Department of Global Engagement. While many other offices play critical roles in supporting the international academic, service and research efforts, Several that are part of this department include Education Abroad, International Student and Scholar Services, and Global Partnership Services (which includes Mexico Partnership Services and the Soltis Center for Research and Education). In addition, the Immigration Services for Faculty is located in the Faculty Affairs Office.
All colleges have global engagement points of contact with various roles related to the Department of Global Engagement.
